The FORGE - Habits & Fitness Story

Built by someone who lives the lifestyle

Fitness Challenges Changed My Life

Fitness has always been a core part of who I am.

The gym isn't just exercise - it's therapy, stress relief, and the foundation of my discipline. There's something about pushing your body, showing up even when you don't feel like it, and watching yourself get stronger over time that translates into every other area of life. The lessons you learn under a heavy barbell - patience, consistency, trusting the process - those lessons follow you everywhere.

Then I discovered 75 Hard.

The concept clicked immediately: use fitness as a vehicle for mental toughness, not just physical results. Two workouts a day. A gallon of water. Reading. Following a diet. Taking progress photos. It's not about looking a certain way. It's about proving to yourself that you can do hard things.

I've completed 75 Hard multiple times. I've never failed.

Not once. Not a single restart. When I commit to something, I see it through. Rain or shine, busy schedule or not - I showed up every single day. That's what the challenge taught me, and it's a mindset that bleeds into every area of life. Business, relationships, personal goals - that discipline became part of who I am.

But here's what I also learned along the way: not everyone is ready for 75 Hard on day one. And that's completely okay. The magic isn't in the specific rules - it's in the commitment. Whether you're doing the full 75 Hard or creating your own 30-day challenge to build momentum, the transformation comes from showing up every single day, no excuses.

After experiencing that transformation firsthand, I wanted to help others do the same - whether they're tackling 75 Hard or designing their own path to discipline. I knew there had to be a better way to track it all.

Every App Missed the Mark

I tried every fitness challenge app out there. Seriously, all of them.

Some were too complicated - buried in features I'd never use, cluttered interfaces that made daily check-ins feel like a chore. Others were too simple - basically glorified checklists with no real accountability or progress tracking. Most felt like they were designed by people who had never actually completed a serious challenge themselves.

And the biggest frustration? Almost none of them let you customize anything. If you wanted to start with your own challenge - maybe a 30-day fitness kickstart or a custom habit stack - you were out of luck. It was their way or nothing.

Built different, because I needed different

I wanted an app built by someone who understood. Someone who knew what it felt like on Day 47 when motivation was gone but discipline had to carry you through. Someone who understood why photo tracking matters, why seeing your streak is powerful, why simplicity beats feature bloat - and why flexibility matters just as much as structure.

That app didn't exist. So I built FORGE - Habits & Fitness.

Built By Someone Who Gets It

FORGE - Habits & Fitness isn't a fitness app built by a tech company trying to enter the wellness market. It's the app I wished existed when I was doing my first 75 Hard - and every challenge since.

Every feature comes from real experience. Every decision was made with one question in mind: "Would this actually help someone stay on track?"

Photo Tracking

Because I know how powerful progress photos are when motivation fades - looking back at Day 1 on Day 50 is everything

Streak Visualization

Because seeing that unbroken chain is fuel - you don't want to break it once you've built momentum

Clean Daily Tracking

Because complexity is the enemy of consistency - check in, track your tasks, and get back to your day

Custom Challenges

Because not everyone starts with 75 Hard - build your own challenge with your own rules, your own duration, your own path

I didn't have to guess what users needed. I'd been the user. I'd felt the frustration of bad apps, the annoyance of missing features, the disappointment of clunky interfaces. I knew exactly what was missing because I'd needed it myself.

Helping Others Succeed

My goal with FORGE - Habits & Fitness is simple: help people track their fitness journey - whether that's through custom challenges or tackling 75 Hard themselves.

Maybe you want to build a 30-day morning workout habit. Maybe you want to track a nutrition challenge you designed yourself. Maybe you're working on drinking more water, reading daily, or hitting the gym consistently. Or maybe you're ready to take on the full 75 Hard and go all in.

Whatever your path looks like, the app should make tracking effortless so you can focus on what actually matters - showing up every single day and doing the work. The app shouldn't be another obstacle. It should be the tool that keeps you honest.

FORGE - Habits & Fitness is designed to support your journey. Not to gamify it with unnecessary badges and points. Not to complicate it with features you'll never use. Just to help you stay accountable and see it through - on your terms.

The Vision

FORGE - Habits & Fitness is more than a tracking app. It's built on the belief that completing challenges - any challenge you commit to - transforms who you are as a person.

Whether it's 75 Hard, a custom 30-day challenge, or something entirely your own design, it's all about proving to yourself - day after day - that you can do what you said you would do. That you can be trusted to keep promises to yourself. That discipline becomes your identity.

I built FORGE - Habits & Fitness because I wanted others to experience what I did. The confidence that comes from never quitting. The mental toughness that carries into your career, your relationships, and every goal you set. The pride of looking back at a completed challenge and knowing you earned every single day of it.

If you're ready to start your own transformation - whatever that looks like for you - FORGE - Habits & Fitness is here to help you succeed.
