What is the 75 Hard challenge?

75 Hard is a mental toughness program created by Andy Frisella. It requires completing specific daily tasks for 75 consecutive days: two 45-minute workouts (one outdoors), follow a diet, drink a gallon of water, read 10 pages of non-fiction, take a progress photo, and no alcohol.

Can I create my own custom challenge?

Yes! Build custom challenges from 1-365 days with your own daily tasks, targets, and rules. You can create checkbox tasks, numeric goals, and share your challenges with friends.

Does FORGE sync with Apple Watch?

Yes! FORGE syncs seamlessly with Apple Health, allowing automatic import of workouts from Apple Watch, Garmin, Fitbit, Strava, and 50+ other fitness apps and devices.
